Return policy
- Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return, insulated mugs and ceramic cups must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery; items beyond this window will not be accepted.
- Return Process: First, contact our support team via email at support@VegClothes.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order ID and reason for return in the email. Then, ship the eligible items to our address: VegClothes, 131 Moore Street 9E, Brooklyn, NY 11206, US. Mark the RA number clearly on the package.
- Refund & Shipping Costs: Once we receive and inspect the returned items (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the shipping fees of returning the items.
- Exceptions: Customized or personalized drinkware cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Damaged items caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are also ineligible for returns.
